Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Pickup & No-Shows
All orders are prepared specifically for your pickup date. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window can be:
- Held for one week for a $5 care fee, or
- Refunded minus a 10% restocking fee
Once plants are pulled from their staging areas—where they are grouped by light, water, and care needs—managing them separately becomes more difficult. Returning them to their proper conditions takes time and pulls me away from other nursery work (and life), which is why these fees apply.
Orders with no communication will forfeited without refund.
Plant Health Guarantee
Louisville Native Plant Nursery guarantees that all plants are healthy and in good condition at the time of pickup. Please inspect your plants when you receive them.
If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns
We do not accept returns once plants have left our care, as we cannot control growing conditions after pickup.
Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to availability or plant readiness. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and similar type whenever possible. If no good substitution exists, you will be refunded in full.
Weather & Seasonal Variability
Plants are living organisms and may vary in size, appearance, or stage of growth depending on the season. This is normal and not grounds for refund.
